So you have been working hard for years climbing the ladder.Maybe you are still near the bottom of the ladder or maybe you have even gotten to the top, where you are on the ladder doesn't really matter.what matters is the question that you may have forgotten to ask before putting in all that time and effort climbing.Where is this ladder planted? It doesn't matter how fast or high you climb the ladders if it's leaning against the wrong wall.
Most people assume that their financial standing is defined by how much they earn and how much they are worth.there's no doubt that has some bearing.but even more important than the quantity of money you make is the quality of money you make. Not just how much you make but how you make it,where it comes from.Where do you belong

Being an entrepreneur and building a B quadrant business is not easy.it is one of the toughest challenges a person can take..If you are going to be successful in business there are technical skills you need to learn that you probably didn't learn in school eg The ability to get organised and set your own agenda.you may work very very hard in the E quadrant yet have no experience at setting goals, organizing a plan of action, setting your agenda, managing your time and executing a productive action. Many people do not have these basic skills.it is shocking but not surprising.after all in the E quadrant you don't really need them but if you want to enter or be successful in the B quadrant they are not options.they are as important as knowing the skills of how to balance check, write a financial plan and read an annual report. The winner is in you and the loser is in you.SomTee

Positive Attitude
As far back as i can remember.I have heard about the importance of a positive attitude.I heard it from my parents, teachers, coaches. Not only did i hear it i saw the power impact a positive attitude have.I've seen it countless times in the lives of highly successful people.some of them make the news headline and some make headlines in the lives of those around them.A positive attitude is the foundation of success.I have made it my lifework to personally embrace a super-fantastic attitude and help others understand that attitude is everything.it impacts our performance at work and relationships.attitude is the cornerstone upon which we build our lives. The attitude that you carry around makes an incredible difference in your life.It can be a powerful tool for positive action or it can be poison that cripples your ability to fulfill your potential.Your attitude dictates whether you are living life or life is living you,it determines whether you are on the way to success or in the way.You must first understand that the heart is the control center for your attitude to help you develop an attitude that helps you live life to it's fullest. To change your attitude you must change your heart.
Happiness is yours to create.we all want to be happy.Often we demand too much of life and we set strict criteria for what will make us happy. When those criteria are not met,we develop attitudes that only make matters worse. The basic question you should ask your self is
*what does it take to make me happy?
* does everyone have to do what you want them to do?
*do you have to be making more money than everyone else?
*do you have to be more powerful than everyone else?
*do you have to be rewarded and recognized for everything you do?
*do you have to be lobe by everyone you know?
The same attitude spoils many relationship and company.I have seen some fail because one or both of the people involved demanded too much of the other.for true happiness you have to build you attitude from inside out.it's best to look within yourself rather that rely on others and the world around you.Although everyone has an attitude.we don't have the same type of attitude.your attitude reflects you.I have a positive attitude.what about you.if you don't have a positive attitude then you need to work on it for success and better life, but if you do then i will see you at the top.ATTITUDE IS A CHOICE-SomTee

It's time to take control
HARD WORK WILL NOT MAKE YOU RICH-There is this strange idea in our culture that says,"if you work really hard ,you'll be okay"that is crap and what's so tragic about it is that more people have been brainwashed to believe it and they do believe it even though we are all surrounded by tons of evidence to the contrary.
look around you.Do you know anyone who has worked really hard his entire life, only to end up living a life that hovers just above or just below the indignity and heartbreak called "subsistence level"?we all do.we see them.the world is full of people who work hard and are most definitely not okay and perhaps the worst part about it is that many of these unfortunates come to conclusion that it was their fault.their personal failing.they did all the right things, right?but it still didn't work.Maybe they just didn't try hard enough or didn't get the lucky breaks.Maybe they were just not cut out for success.
Nonsense. The problem is that the hard-work myth is just that:a myth. Now don't get me wrong,i'm not say that building wealth and financial freedom especially in Nigeria where i come from doesn't take hard work.it does and lots of it.i hope you are not naive enough to believe the idiots who will tell you they can show a way to wealth that's easy, that's quick or painless because if you are then i know a bridge you can buy real cheap or Dangote can dash you all his assets when you wake up.
It takes hard work.the question is,hard work doing what?people who work for income work harder and harder. All you will do is spend it and then have to work hard all over again.
You might be asking,"Okay so what do i do?You take control.Take control of what?after all most of the things in life you cannot control.no matter how hard you try.You can't control the market, employees, economy. What can you control?your source of income.
Building a business is the way most of the rich became rich.it's not just about having income today, tomorrow and next week.it's about securing your income in perpetuity.this is passive income.I have a friend. He works hard and very smart.he makes money work for him,he doesn't work for money.he takes control and he is on his way to greatness.build your own business which i call "minding your business" and you can start up your business while you still work under a company.you must not quite your job as soon as you start up a company or your own personal business.I want you to take control of your decisions and i will see you at the top-SomTee
